Awarded 2026/27 Duprès Apfel Secco, Alkoholfrei Prickelt
An alcohol-free apple secco, a lightly sparkling drink pressed from freshly harvested apples, free from additives and preservatives, made by the Duprès sparkling wine house in Neustadt am Rübenberge. It smells of apple and balances sweetness with a slightly tart note on the finish.
What sets this product apart
For the Apfel Secco, Duprès processes freshly harvested apples from regional orchard meadows, cold and sterile, entirely without additives. In the glass it sparkles at 0.0 per cent alcohol: refreshing, with a clear apple aroma and a balance of sweetness and fine acidity. An aperitif for everyone at the table, from the family celebration to the company party.
The house's history goes back a long way: the Kollmeyer family has been recorded in Neustadt am Rübenberge with a wine merchant's and an inn since 1650, and since 1888 Duprès sparkling wine has matured in the vaulted cellars beneath Schloss Landestrost. The alcohol-free seccos are the small sparkling wine house's new calling card.
