The Bickbeernhof in Landesbergen has been growing cultivated blueberries since 1968: started with plenty of pioneering spirit, today a modern organic farm with clear values. The farm relies on organic cultivation, short distances & processing right on site; the blueberries for the smoothie grow on its own land in Brokeloh. The recipe is deliberately simple, because you are meant to taste where it comes from: the fruit, the farm & the region.
