Zartbitterschokolade mit Wald- und Blütenhonig
Dark chocolate refined with forest and blossom honey from the Teutoburger Wald and the Osnabrücker Land: Die drei Schokojungs in Osnabrück make it in their own workshop, and the organic honey comes from the Honigmanufaktur Heinrich Jockheck in Dissen.
What sets this product apart
The Schokojungs make the chocolate themselves, from raw cocoa to finished bar, roasted and conched in their own workshop. The beans come from selected partners and smallholders, often from sustainable polycultures. To this they add forest and blossom honey of Naturland quality, merely sieved and stirred until it is smooth enough to spread. In the dark chocolate it sets a fine note all of its own, with no artificial flavourings.
For around a year now, the three Schokojungs from Osnabrück have been working with the organic-certified Naturland Honigmanufaktur Heinrich Jockheck in Dissen. It began with the varieties Vollmilch-Linde (milk chocolate with lime-blossom honey) and Zartbitter-Edelkastanie (dark chocolate with sweet chestnut), then came the new goal: a chocolate that can only exist like this in Lower Saxony. The bees gather the honey in the Teutoburger Wald and the Osnabrücker Land, and the chocolate is still made by hand.
Innovative, on-trend idea of chocolate with honey, the unique texture strengthens its credibility, honest ingredients list.
Innovative, local, more exciting than the milk chocolate.
